Kingston Police is pleased to announce that on January 20, 2021 Special Olympics Ontario launched the second Catch the Ace progressive jackpot raffle.
Tickets start at $10 for five (5) and provide a chance to win big – in both a Weekly Prize and a larger progressive jackpot – with proceeds going towards Special Olympics athletes in our community.
The Special Olympics Ontario Catch the Ace raffle features a guaranteed weekly prize and a progressive jackpot that goes to the winner who catches the Ace of Spades.

How it works:
Tickets are available online only and only to Ontario residents: $10 for 3, $20 for 10, $50 for 50 and $100 for 200.
- Sales deadline is 7:00 p.m. each Wednesday and there is no limit to the number of tickets sold for each draw. With each ticket order, buyers select an envelope they believe contains the hidden Ace of Spades.
- At the beginning of the raffle, 52 playing cards are hidden in envelopes.
Weekly ticket sales are split into three portions.
- 20% for the Weekly Prize – to each weekly draw winner
- 30% for the Progressive Catch the Ace Jackpot – to the weekly winner whose envelope reveals the Ace of Spades
- 50% to Special Olympics Ontario
Tickets are valid for each weekly draw only and are removed before the next weekly draw commences. Remember to purchase your tickets each week.
The Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) of Ontario is partnering with Special Olympics Ontario on promoting the raffle. The LETR is the largest public awareness vehicle and grass-roots fundraiser worldwide for Special Olympics. Known as Guardians of the Flame, law enforcement members and Special Olympics athletes carry the Flame of Hope into the Opening Ceremony of local competitions, and into Special Olympics State, Provincial, National and World Games. Additionally, over $50 Million was raised in 2019 globally at local, grassroots fundraisers benefitting Special Olympics.

The first Catch the Ace for Special Olympics Ontario jackpot was over $30,500 and the Ace of Spades was caught in week 44. But don’t wait, your envelope could contain that Ace of Spades at any time so act now!
