The Craft For Food Craft-A-Thon is working to raise money for our area’s food supporting charities; The Roc, County Food To Share & the Foodbank. Prince Edward County has some of the highest food insecurities in Ontario. This means we have many people and families living here that are unable to feed themselves and their children 3 meals a day!For this event we are asking that you help raise money that will be given to these charities to help feed our community. We are hoping that each person that is taking part will ask friends & family to donate to this event and sponsor you taking on the task of crafting for 12 hours on March 23rd. Can you craft a whole day away? You betcha!You are welcome to bring any craft of your choice.There is no hard and fast rule of staying at the Armoury for the full 12 hours. You can spend part of that time at home crafting and part of the time crafting with us.We will have some fun activities going on throughout the day to keep our energy up and drop in friends are welcome.
